Directors, as sponsors of the change, need to be highly visible, build a strong sponsor coalition, and actively promote the change message in a positive manner.<br \/>\nManagers, in their role as direct supervisors, have a major influence on the process. They understand the impact of the change on their team members&#8217; daily work, serve as a point of contact, must demonstrate the right example behavior, and are best equipped to identify any resistance. Both directors and managers need to undergo their own change journey before they can assist others.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s where my approach comes in: coaching and training.
